Spicy Spring Picnic Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 pound boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce
  • 12 oz Dr. Pepper
  • 1 pkg Buns

Equipment

  • Crockpot

Method
 

  1. Put the pork into your crockpot (I used a 7-quart crockpot).
  2. In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce and Dr. Pepper together. Pour this mixture over the pork.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. (I pulled mine out at 9:30 hrs. On a cutting board, I shredded it and put it back in the crockpot for another 30 minutes.)
